About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical (Dental) Expert to support our AI and product development teams. Your primary focus will be reviewing and validating clinical data annotations across modalities such as CBCT scans, optical scans, and other imaging. Beyond that, you’ll play a key role in clinical validation of our models and features, and act as a trusted advisor to product teams on clinical workflows and user needs.
This role is ideal for a junior general dentist (1+ years) or dental specialist comfortable with CBCT diagnostics and implant planning, surgical and/or restorative experience with implant dentistry, and exposure to digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Annotation & Data Review (Core Focus)
Review CBCT and optical scans to clinically validate annotated data and labelling
Provide clinical insight to help design and maintain clinical annotation guidelines and quality standards
Ensure data quality standards with clear communication and feedback to annotation teams
Additional clinical support as needed (curation of datasets, product evaluation, process improvements, research project development, etc)
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of recent clinical experience as a dentist or dental specialist
Comfortable with CBCT diagnostics and virtual implant planning
Experience with surgical and/or restorative implant dentistry
Tech-savvy and passionate about innovation and the future of dentistry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, critical mindset
Comfortable working independently in a remote, async team
