About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical (Dental) Expert to support our AI and product development teams. Your primary focus will be reviewing and validating clinical data annotations across modalities such as CBCT scans, optical scans, and other imaging. Beyond that, you’ll play a key role in clinical validation of our models and features, support research efforts, and act as a trusted advisor to product teams on clinical workflows and user needs.
This role is ideal for a dentist, specialist, or dental technician with a strong grasp of implant and digital dentistry, and an interest in shaping the future of AI-driven dental solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Annotation & Data Review (Core Focus)
Review and validate clinical data annotations for CBCT and optical scan datasets
Provide clear feedback to annotation teams and help define quality standards
Help design and maintain clinical annotation guidelines
Clinical Validation & Data Curation
Support selection and curation of high-quality datasets for training and testing
Assist in defining and reviewing test cases for clinical performance evaluations
Collaborate with machine-learning and data teams to assess model output quality and define edge cases
Product & Research Advisory
Participate in clinical evaluation studies and exploratory research
Advise product teams on clinical relevance, usability, and risk factors
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a dentist/dental technician/specialist
Experience in digital dentistry
Well-versed in all aspects of implant dentistry
Tech-savvy and passionate about innovation and the future of dentistry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, critical mindset
Comfortable working independently in a remote, async team
